Harmonizer - Intermediate Class Feature
Prerequisite: 15 in any stat, a device equipped with a Harmonizer Program (~2000)
Bonuses: None

Base Features:

Skill Set
Static - Illegal
Choose three Moves that your Harmonizer Program has learned. You may use these Moves in combat, with certain costs. Your Attack is equal to one-half the sum of your STR and DEX, and your Special Attack is equal to one-half the sum of your INT and CHA.
Damaging Moves that call on Special Attack and Status Moves cost a number of Power Points determined by their Frequency:

You have a maximum number of Power Points equal to your Level plus your INT, WIS, and CHA modifiers. You regain all spent Power Points whenever you take an extended rest.
Damaging Moves that call on Attack cost a percentage of your Max HP determined by their Frequency:

Center 20%

These HP costs cannot be reduced by features that reduce damage you take such as I Can Take A Hit or Harmonic Defense.
If you are not in combat, you may change the Moves you can use with Skill Set.
Your Harmonizer Program starts out “knowing” Ember, Thundershock, and Tackle.
Your Harmonizer Program cannot learn Heal Order, Attack Order, Defend Order, Fusion Bolt, Fusion Flare, Softboiled, Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, Shadow Force, Pay Day, Conversion, Conversion2, Volt Tackle, Octazooka, Present, Sketch, Milk Drink, Aeroblast, Sacred Fire, Doom Desire, Mist Ball, Luster Purge, Psycho Boost, Chatter, Magma Storm, Crush Grip, Lunar Dance, Heart Swap, Dark Void, Seed Flare, Judgment, V-Create, Heat Crash, Storm Throw, Night Daze, Tail Slap, Horn Leech, Electroweb, Gear Grind, Shift Gear, Head Charge, Fiery Dance, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Blue Flare, Bolt Strike, Glaciate, Relic Song, Psystrike, Lovely Kiss, or Techno Blast.

Move Crack
Daily - Whenever you finish a battle, you may perform this feature another time.
Once per battle, you may choose one Move that you know an opponent’s Pokémon has. If you or one of your Pokémon defeats the Pokémon that you know has the specified Move, you add that Move to the list of Moves that you can set using Skill Set, and may set it immediately.

Mechanic: Features with the keyword “Passive Skill” can be turned on and off out of combat. No more than three Passive Skill features may be active at any time.

Under certain circumstances, individuals may come into possession of a Harmonizer Program, which “learns” Pokémon Moves and enables their use by a human.


Class Features:

Anti-Elec
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, has cracked Mud Sport or any three Ground damaging moves
Static - Passive Skill
You have Resistance to Electric-type attacks.

Anti-Fire
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, has cracked Water Sport or any three Water damaging moves
Static - Passive Skill
You have Resistance to Fire-type attacks.

Anti-Ice
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, has cracked Sunny Day or any three Fire damaging moves
Static - Passive Skill
You have Resistance to Ice-type attacks.

Ban Type
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, has cracked Disable
Daily - Illegal - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this feature another time per day.
Name a Type. The first attack of that Type each current combatant uses has no effect.

Blitzkrieg
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, STR 14 or INT 14, has cracked any three moves that increase Attack or Special Attack Combat Stages
Daily - Illegal - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this feature another time per day.
Raise all of your current Active Pokémons’ Attack and Special Attack Combat Stages by one.

Co-Move Crack
Prerequisites: Harmonizer
Static
Choose one other trainer. That trainer and his or her Pokémon count as you or your Pokémon for the purposes of Move Crack. You may take Co-Move Crack multiple times.

Dodge
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, DEX 14
Static - Passive Skill
Physical Moves that target you need to roll 2 higher during Accuracy Check to hit.

Fortify
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, CON 14 or WIS 14, has cracked any three moves that increase Defense or Special Defense Combat Stages
Daily - Illegal - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this feature another time per day.
Raise all of your current Active Pokémons’ Defense and Special Defense Combat Stages by one.

Harmonic Defense
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, CON 14 or STR 14
Static
Your Defense is equal to one-half the sum of your CON and STR modifiers.

Harmonic Special Defense
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, WIS 14
Static
Your Special Defense is equal to one-half the sum of your CON and WIS modifiers.

Health Save
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, DEX 14
Static - Passive Skill
HP costs incurred by using physical Moves are reduced by 50% of their original value.

+Freeze
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, CHA 14, has cracked any three Ice-type Physical Attack Moves
Static - Passive Skill
Attacks you make with a weapon inflict Freeze on 18-20 during Accuracy Check.

+Paralyze
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, STR 14, has cracked any three Electric-type Physical Attack Moves
Static - Passive Skill
Attacks you make with a weapon inflict Paralysis on 18-20 during Accuracy Check.

+Poison
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, STR 14, has cracked any three Poison-type Physical Attack Moves
Static - Passive Skill
Attacks you make with a weapon inflict Poison on 18-20 during Accuracy Check.


Multiclass Features: (These features require Harmonizer and at least one Base Class feature to take.)

Ability Set
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Coordinator
Daily - Every 7 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Choose one of your Pokémon's Abilities. Change this Ability to any other Ability that that species of Pokémon may have. You may not change any Ability to a High Ability unless the targeted Pokémon is Level 40 or above.
Ability Set may be used a maximum of twice per Pokémon.

Borrowing Crack
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Mystic
Static
Every Move you have Borrowed and used 3 times count as having been Cracked.

Downloading Crack
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Researcher
Daily - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Trigger - You successfully use Frantic Research or a variation thereof on an enemy Pokémon
Choose one Move that the targeted Pokémon knows. That Move counts as having been Cracked.

Macca Ball
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Capture Specialist
Daily - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Trigger: You throw a Poké Ball
Spend X*100. Reduce your Capture Check by X. X cannot exceed 25.

Mental Synchronization
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Psychic or any Psychic Advanced Class
Static
Choose Psychic or any Psychic Advanced Class you have. Moves you can use through this class count as having been Cracked. You may take this Feature multiple times, choosing a different class each time.

Passive Share
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Ace Trainer
Daily - Illegal - Every 5 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Choose one Passive Skill you are using. That Passive Skill also affects all of your Active Pokémon until the end of the encounter. This Feature may not be used with +Freeze, +Paralyze, or +Poison. (If your Pokémon gain Resistance to a type they are weak to, they become neutral to it; if your Pokémon gain Resistance to a type they are doubly weak to, they become singly weak to it; if your Pokémon gain Resistance to a type they are already resistant to, they become doubly resistant to it; if your Pokémon gain Resistance to a type they are doubly resistant to, they become immune to it; if your Pokémon gain Resistance to a type they are immune to, nothing happens.)

Physical Synchronization
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Martial Artist or any Martial Artist Advanced Class
Static
Choose Martial Artist or any Martial Artist Advanced Class you have. Moves you can use through this class count as having been Cracked. You may take this Feature multiple times, choosing a different class each time.

Protective Contact
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Ranger
Static
Reduce all damage you take by 50% while your Companion is conscious. This does not affect HP costs of your Features.

Vitamin Inheritance
Prerequisites: Harmonizer, Breeder
Static
Increases and decreases in Base Stats gained using Vitamins and other similar items carry over when you hatch an Egg, up to +5 total increase. The increases and decreases that carry over are randomly selected from both parents.
